Abstract

V originále

The concept of neo-endogenous development is applied at case of Deblín-locality (west-central Moravia, Czech Rep.). Neo-endogenous paradigm works with activation of endogenous potential of communities and their ability to learning and innovation. Those potentials also work as a glocalization strategy for locality to success within social construction of spatiality in global environment. Mixed research strategies with emphasis on field oriented intensive, qualitative methods are corner stone for understanding of community problems as processes. Substantial role lies in participant observation and participation in community live, thanks to which observer get embedded into community. It is necessary to keep in mind reflexive and situated nature of this way generated knowledge and its understanding. In combination of outsider-insider, professional- non-professional knowledge this knowledge is triangulated/multiplied. Very important player in research strategy is a school as a potential community centre. School both as actor, as well as actant, in production of community social construction, has great potential leading community for active participation in formation of its governance and with governmentality perspective.
