Abstract
EBP is important part of modern, safety and efectively rendered care. There will be the problematic of EBN in relation to the biological materiale sample (capillary blood colection) presented in our article. Basic nursing intervention is the biological materials collections. These procedures are practised by nurses a daily. The article addresses capillary blood drawing technique and the role of the general nurse in assuring the correct procedure with the goal of eliminating negative influences on the blood sample and the rest results (especially of the glycaemia level).
