Cílem práce je aktuální přehled racionálního využití analog gonadoliberinu (GnRH = gonadotropin releasing hormone) při terapii poruch plodnosti žen. Pro rešerši průkazných dokumentů byly použity databáze Cochrane Library Reviews and Protocols, Database of Abstractsof Reviews of Effects (DARE) a MEDLINEplus a léčebné postupy Centra asistované reprodukce Gynekologicko-porodnické kliniky. GnRH-analoga jsou využívána při léčbě endometriózy, děložních myomů, v protokolech ovariální stimulace pro metody asistované reprodukce a pro ochranu ovarií při gonadotoxické léčbě. GnRH-analoga mají velký přínos pro terapii poruch plodnosti žen.

Objective to provide the most up to date overview of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogues application in human infertility treatment. Papers extracted from the Cochrane Library of Reviews and Protocols, Database of Abstracts of Reviews of Effects (DARE), MEDLINEplus and the treatment guidelines used in our Assisted Reproduction Centre were analysedGnRH analogues are used in the treatment of endometriosis, uterine fibromyomas, in ovarian stimulation protocols and for fertility protection during gonadotoxic treatment. GnRH analogues represent a very effective way of treatment of fertility disorders.
