Abstract
Tento článek se věnuje konceptu hodnocení spolehlivosti diagnostických testů, který nelze nahradit žádným ze standardních indikátorů, jako je senzitivita, specificita, věrohodnostní poměr či prediktivní hodnota testu.

The article is focused on evaluation of diagnostic tests reliability, which cannot be replaced by any of the standard indicators, such as sensitivity, specificity, likelihood ratio or predictive value of the test.
