Abstract
Monografie si klade za cíl seznámit čtenáře s problematikou tvorby hodnoty s vyžitím prostředků informačních a komunikačních technologií, a to tvorby hodnoty v rámci podnikových vazeb s okolím, zejména v rámci vazeb se zákazníky a dodavateli.

The book aims to make the readers acquainted with the problems of creating value based on the utilization of means of information and communication technology, respectively with the value creation through business linkages with the environment, especially within relationships with customers and suppliers.
