1. Czech Republic has never signer any agreement on recruitment with Turkey. 2. Turkish immigration to Czech Republic has never been organized by the governmental institution or private person. 3. The unemployment rate in Turkey – May 2011 – 9,4% . 4. However, Turkish immigration to Czech Republic monitors upward trend still we discuss maximum hundreds of Turkish citizens in Czech Republic. 5. The Czech Republic has been a transit country for Turkish immigrants on their way to West because of the number of Turkish illegal migrants. 6. It is quite difficult to determine whether Turkish immigrants engage in business in the Czech Republic came from Turkey or from Germany. Rather, it seems from Turkey, because of their language skills – German is not very common . Unfortunately there are not official dates available mapping from where Turkish citizens are arriving to the Czech Republic. 7. Currently, we cannot monitor any phase of immigration similar to Turkish immigration to West Germany. (through 3rd person, bilateral agreement, illegal employment – touristic visa, family reunion, asylum applications, growth of the ethnic business) 8. Turkish citizens work mainly in their traditional business, similar as in Germany. 9. Location of the Turkish restaurants and the shops in the Czech Republic is on more prestigious streets then in Germany. 10. Turkish citizens in the Czech Republic as any other foreigners live mainly in the big cities, where they engage in their business. Very similar to the situation in Germany. 13.
