Abstract
Public money funds represent an important tool in the functioning of public finances. Financial means are allocated in the funds and futher distributed and redistributed within the public finance system for the purpose of satisfying public needs. Thus, public money funds represent part of the material basis for the production of public goods and ensuring existence of the main providers who form the public sector.
