Abstract
The present paper is divided into two main sections. The first one contains a historical overview of the development of the Czech logic from 1900 until nowadays, mentioning important historical information about character and trends, enumerating some important books as well as organized conferences and published journals. The second section enumerates Czech theoreticians relevant to philosophical logic and it is supplemented by the information about Czech mathematical logicians.
