Abstract

Repozitar.cz je centralizovaný softwarový systém pro evidenci publikační činnosti s možností sběru a zpřístupňování plných textů vědeckých publikací, díky němuž mohou zapojené instituce jednak budovat vlastní fond odborné zaměstnanecké produkce a současně jej zpřístupňovat v souladu s interními předpisy a filosofií Open Access. Zveřejňování publikací přispívá k vyšší citovanosti autorů, čímž se instituce stává v odborných kruzích viditelnější. Mezi základní služby tohoto software patří aplikace pro evidence publikací a plných textů publikací s možností automatizovaného importu publikačních záznamů z lokálních systémů. Díky sběru plných textů je uživatelům k dispozici funkce vyhledávání plagiátů včetně propojení s databázemi porovnávaných dokumentů systémů na odhalování plagiátů Theses.cz i Odevzdej.cz. Pokročilé vyhledávací nástroje umožňují uživatelům vyhledávat v metadatech i plných textech publikací, oborově, dle roku uplatnění, autorů a pod. Repozitar.cz poskytuje softwarové nástroje pro automatizovaný přenos záznamů do RIV včetně implementovaných kontrol RIVu. Další služby systému jsou např.: zaznamenávání citací, hromadné operace se záznamy, statistiky pro manažery a správce aj. Systém je implementován jako centralizovaný systém s decentralizovanými službami pro jednotlivé zapojené instituce s možností využití webového rozhraní Repozitar.cz nebo automatizovaného propojení s lokálními systémy škol na principu vzdáleného volání webových služeb, programem Curl nebo použitím OAI-PMH protokolu.

Abstract (in English)

Repozitar.cz provides the services of a scientific digital library with services for detection of plagiarism joining the systems for plagiarism detection in theses (Theses.cz) and in seminar papers (Odevzdej.cz). The system provides services for long-term storage and presentation of academic publications. According to the Open Access idea there is an effort to make the most of records open to the public, but for various reasons it is not possible to fully achieve this goal. Therefore authors can use a wide range of access rights to restrict the access to their publication outputs. It includes technical solution form the necessary organizational, social and legal environment. It aims, among others, the presentation of works according to Open Access idea, searching for similar documents or transfer of publication meta-data to the RIV. The advanced search options extend the application by adding the possibility of progressive refinements to the query. It allows search not only by publication meta-data but also by departments, R&D projects or other data required for transmission to the RIV. The publication records can be inserted into the system by individual authors as well as by different automated methods. A simple import of the works is realized via a web form into which the meta-data can be filled and consequently saved. Another option is to transmit the data using the program Curl or through the OAI-PMH protocol.
