Abstract
Elemental distribution mapping in mineralized tissues such as bones and teeth, using laser-ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) and laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) was demonstrated.

Prvkové mapování pomocí metod laserové ablace ve spojení s hmotnostní spektrometrií indukčně vázaného plazmatu (LA-ICP-MS) a spektrometrie laserem buzeného plazmatu (LIBS) bylo demonstrováno na mineralizovaných tkáních jako jsou zuby a kosti.
