Tento článek detailně rozebírá aktuální judikaturu Evropského soudu pro lidská práva ke svobodě shromažďování. Poiornost je věnována zejména posunu v judikatuře ESLP ohledně zakázaných a neoznámených shromáždění.

This article analyzes the recent case law of the European Court of Human Rights dealing with the right to freedom of assembly. It focuses in particular on the recent shift in the case law of the ECtHR regarding prohibited and spontaneous demonstrations.
