Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou poruch příjmu potravy a úlohy nutričního terapeuta při jejich léčbě. Zaměřuje se především na mentální anorexii u dětí a adolescentů. Na začátku jsou představeny poruchy příjmu potravy obecně. Další kapitola pojednává o celém týmu, který se účastní léčby těchto onemocnění, kde vystupuje také nutriční terapeut. Abstract

This Bachelor thesis encompasses problematics of eating disorders and the role of a dietitian in their treatment. The thesis primarily focuses on mental anorexia in children and adolescents.
