Jedná se o výzkumnou bakalářskou práci, jejímž cílem je zjistit, jak se na sociální síti Facebook prezentuje Brněnský deník Rovnost, a jak se chovají fanoušci stránky. Autor práce vychází z proměn žurnalistiky, zejména fenoménu online žurnalistiky a nových trendů využívání sociálních sítí médii. V teoretické části také specifikuje profil média společně s jeho čtenáři, charakterizuje sociální síť Facebook a zdůrazní pravidla, která odborníci doporučují při spravování stránky dodržovat. Ve výzkumné části se zaměří na výchozí stav facebookové stránky Brněnského deníku Rovnost, který zkoumá kvantitativní obsahovou analýzou. Definuje v ní také demografické údaje fanoušků stránky a předkládá informace o správě získané rozhovorem se šéfredaktorem Brněnského deníku Rovnost. Ze získaných dat zjišťuje, nakolik stav stránky reflektuje definice uvedené v literatuře a výzkumech. Z poznatků vypracovává doporučení pro možnosti zlepšení správy. Zda se stav promění, ověřuje další kvantitativní analýzou.

The aim of this research bachelor thesis is to find out how the Brno daily newspapers Rovnost manage their page on Facebook and how their fans interact. Changes of journalism are determined as the starting point, especially the phenomenon of online journalism and the new trend of using social networks by the media. In the theoretical part, the profile of the medium is specified; also character of Facebook is presented and the rules made by experts on how to manage the page on Facebook are stressed. The research part focuses on the starting state of the page, which is researched by quantitative content analysis. Demographic data of the fans of the page are also defined with information about management acquired from the interview with editor in chief of Brno daily newspapers Rovnost. From the obtained data is determined how much the current status reflects the definitions in literature and researches. From the findings are developed recommendations for more effective management of the page. Whether the status changes, is verified with a second quantitative content analysis.
