The thesis aims to explore the connection between anti-feminism and climate-change denial/scepticism in far-right social media content. The student will start with a literature review, formulating the theoretical background and describing the empirical evidence. She will also familiarise herself with the terrain, re-evaluate the possible resources of the data and specify the research sample based on online content written in English with the focus on the USA. She will conduct qualitative content analysis combined with linguistic Appraisal Theory. The goal of the thesis is to find and specify an interconnection between anti-feminist views and anti-environmental views.
