The problem of Energy Security is very important today. Kazakhstan is one of the richest countries of natural resources, in particular energy resources. I would like to examine the issue of using Kazakhstan Resources, in particular oil, gas and coal, by European countries and the perspectives of improvement of Kazakh-European cooperation in this area. Moreover, I could examine the issue from both sides by using Kazakhstan and European sources. Research questions: The structure of my work would include the following parts: Introduction; The contemporary Fuel and Energy Complex of Kazakhstan; The Kazakhstan-European projects, strengths and weaknesses; The recommendations for further cooperation; Conclusion.
