Abstract

Práce se zabývá detailním rozborem 7-m hodu v házené. V teoretické části se věnuje analýze této standardní situace z pohledu historie a vývoje pravidel. Cílem empirické části práce je vytvořit, popsat a analyzovat 3D model třech nejběžnějších způsobů realizace 7-m hodu a stanovit výhody a nevýhody těchto stylů z hlediska biomechanického.

Abstract

The thesis deals with the detailed analysis of 7-meter throw in team-handball. A content of the theoretical part is to analyse this standard situation from the perspective of the history and rules evolution. The aim of the empiric part is to build, describe and analyse a 3D model of three typical styles of realisation of the 7-m throw and determine the advantages and disadvantages of these styles from the biomechanical point of view.
