Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou virtuálních týmů ve vztahu k virtuálnímu pracovnímu prostředí. První část práce ukazuje teoretický kontext virtuální týmové práce a rozebírá klíčové koncepty komunikace, koordinace, kooperace, důvěry a soudržnosti ve virtuálních týmech. Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with virtual teams in relation to virtual working enviroment. First part of thesis presents theoretical context of virtual teamwork and investigates key concepts of communication, coordination, cooperation, trust and cohesion in virtual teams. In the empirical section of thesis autor shows the findings of a qualitative research based on interviews with members of student's projects teams that used virtual working enviroment (Basecamp) to support collaboration.
