Abstract
In this thesis neurotoxic metabolites of cyanobacteria are studied – mainly we focused on anatoxin-a and cylindrospermopsin, but microcystins and nodularin were also studied. Following the objectives of the thesis, first step was to optimize the extraction SPE in water followed by optimization of the method LC-MS/MS for detection neurotoxins from water and biomass.
