In the first part, the research focuses on the collection and analysis of theoretical definitions of governmental subsidy into energy sector with an aim to develop an ideal theoretical model of energy subsidy. Second part of the research focuses on the analysis, presentation and evaluation of different systems of subsidizing national sectors of nuclear energy across the world top exporters of nuclear technology: The United States of America, Canada, Russian Federation, Republic of Korea, Japan, and France. Following the establishment of the ideal theoretical model of energy subsidy and the analysis of different cases, the research will determine which country is currently closest to the ideal system of subsidizing its nuclear energy industry.
