Abstract
14-3-3 proteiny patří do rodiny vysoce konzervovaných eukaryontních proteinů, které jsou zapojeny do regulace různých buněčných procesů. Přirozeně nabývají dimerní struktury, jež je důležitá pro jejich funkci. Disociací dimeru na monomerní podjednotky dochází k regulaci jejich funkce. Abstract
14-3-3 proteins are a family of highly conserved eukaryotic proteins that are involved in regulation of various cell processes. They naturally possess dimeric structure, which is important for their function. Dissociation of dimer into monomeric subunits leads to regulation of 14-3-3 protein function.
