Abstract
Proteíny sú obrovské makromolekuly, ktoré sa zúčastňujú na veľkom množstve katalytických reakcií v ľudskom tele. Funkcia proteínu je vo veľkej miere určená jeho štruktúrou a regiónom zvaným aktívne miesto. Tieto aktívne miesta sa obyčajne nachádzaju hlboko v molekule proteínu prístupné iba cez volné vstupy zvané tunely. Abstract
Proteins are large macromolecules involved in a vast array of catalytic reactions in our bodies. The function of a protein is mainly determined by its structure and a special region called an active site. These active sites are usually buried deep inside the protein molecule accessible only by void paths, i.e., tunnels.
