The main goal of the thesis is design and implementation of internal system for managing, booking and monitoring multifunctional devices in the company that operates internally with tens of devices through different departments. The system primary offers the user to make a reservation of an available device; and allows the administrator to approved, edit or reject a reservation, and to filter throught the reservations. The thesis should also deal with aspects of human motivation to use the system and to minimize amount of exceptional usage of managed devices. The final system should comprise of three main modules (at least two of them have full set of features implemented): 1. Management module (creation, edit and removal of device, mass-manipulation with devices, assigning IP addresses, linking online help, implementation of workflows) 2. Booking module (single sign-on, one-click adhoc reservation, reservation in preferred time and day, reservation cancellation, checking availability of a particular device) 3. Reporting module (history, filtering, notifications, distribution of costs through users, devices or departments) In the first phase the system should be implemented as a web-based booking system, but we expect support of mobile devices for the future.
