Bakalárska práca analyzuje vplyv dĺžky a kvality spánku na perinatálne výsledky. Do korelácie stavia fyziologický spánok a spánkové poruchy u tehotných žien, pričom porovnáva ich dopad na zdravie matky i plodu. This bachelor thesis analyzes the impact of sleep duration and quality on perinatal outcomes. It correlates physiological sleep with sleep disorders in pregnant women, comparing their impact on the health of both mother and fetus.
