Odpověď buňky na poškození DNA (tzv. DNA damage response; DDR) zahrnuje koordinovanou reakci proteinů zastavujících buněčný cyklus v klíčových kontrolních bodech, zejména G1/S a G2/M, a dále reparaci poškozené DNA. Abstract
Cellular response to genotoxic stress (DNA damage response, DDR) involves a coordinated reaction of proteins, which regulate cell cycle at the key checkpoints, namely G1/S and G2/M, and also ensure a repair of damaged DNA.
