This study investigates the impact of AI-driven wellness interventions on employee burnout, using the Job Demands-Resources (JDR) Model as a framework. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the role of AI-driven intervention on employee well-being. Based on these findings, recommendations are made for AI-driven interventions for improving employee well-being in organisations.
Procedure and methods used:
The literature will focus on the role of AI-driven interventions on employee well-being and the resulting intentions to propose the use of AI tools to improve employee well-being. A quantitative methodology will be used to collect primary data. The data will be evaluated using the appropriate statistical methods.
