The aim of this thesis is the analysis of selected sculptures and objects, which had been created by Eva Kmentová in the context of others authors and works which belong to the period of socialist realism. Thesis is conceived on the theory of art history, but also in connection with the management of culture, financing of culture and art in the 60s. The thesis also aims to point out the works of the artistic group Trasa, which was beyond agitation tendencies and thus corrected the infamous idea of art that arose under the totalitarian regime. In the world context the thesis focuses on the artistic stream of informel, which was strongly anchored in our country at the turn of the 1960s and 1970s.
