This thesis is focused on optimising the software development process to improve the effectiveness of the team in terms of collaboration and programming. The thesis requirements are derived from the needs of a partner microenterprise. The requirements are: - analysis of the current state of the back-end, front-end and development tools utilisation & standardisation of the pre-development process - implementation of back-end infrastructure with respect to reusability and focus on efficient switching between various projects by appropriate documentation - front-end optimisation focused on separation from back-end stack and utilisation of chosen front-end framework with comparison against a templating engine - front-end UI implementation focused on programmatic UI control and reusability due to higher expenses in comparison with the templating engine - evaluation of implemented UI and its addition to the development process - analysis of other possible development tools that might contribute to the future development
