The goal of the work is to provide insights into custom web-based reporting solutions for C# and ASP.NET Core. After implementing the work, end-users should have the possibility to define graphical layouts of reports via a GUI and use these report definitions to export documents. By "exporting a document", one means building documents in various formats (pdf and docx at minimum) filled with business data stored in a database. The resulting document should also be localized in languages given by business logic (e.g. into the customer's language). Exporting multiple documents at once should also be supported - either into a single file, or into multiple different files. Furthermore, the implementation should provide users with the option of sending exported documents by an email, or saving them to local disk. Lastly, the implementation should cover exporting remotely-filtered tabular data from the frontend. Used technologies:
