Tato diplomová práce se zabývá skupinou inhibitorů histonových deacetyláz (iHDAC) a jejich potenciálem v protinádorové terapii. Větší prostor je především věnovaný skupině hydroxamových kyselin, včetně jejich zástupce vorinostatu. The thesis deals with a group of inhibitors of histone deacetylases (iHDACs) and their potential in cancer therapy. Especially hydroxamic acids were mentioned, including their representative vorinostat.
