Abstract

This thesis focuses on improving the lives of parents with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The work reviews the existing applications designed for this purpose and discusses their strengths and weaknesses. Zadání práce
The aim of the thesis is to perform the whole development lifecycle of Andoid mobile application delivery, including publishing in Google Play. 

In the theoretical part, the student will briefly introduce the topic of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and typical issues that parents and caretakers of children with ASD are facing. Student will research for existing solutions and analyze their features. Requirements will be based on the research, collected from potential end users, and consulted with experts in field of psychology. Student will design the application, discuss selected technologies, and implement the solution. The application will be mainly focused on Czech and Slovak market, but will also be localized to English language. Application will be published in Google Play -- the procedure includes user testing.
