Léčebně-rehabilitační plán a postup u obézních nemocných s hypertenzí
Abstract
Práce pojednává o problematice onemocnění obezitou a o hypertenzi jako o jedné z nejčastějších komplikací tohoto onemocnění. Řeší etiopatogenezi obou sdružených onemocnění, jejich incidenci a možnosti léčby. Dále navrhuje komplexní rehabilitační plán, a to jak krátkodobý, tak dlouhodobý s ohledem na současný výskyt obou onemocnění a s důrazem na biopsychosociální celistvost osobnosti pacienta. Součástí práce je kazuistika pacientky LB.
Abstract
This thesis focuses on the issue of obesity patients and hypertension as one of the most common complication of obesity. It deals with the ethiopathogenesis of both, their incidence and possibilities of treatment. It proposes complex medical rehabilitation plan for short-time period which is than succeeded by long-time period plan. This thesis also takes into account joint occurrence of both disorders …more
