Abstract
Souhrn: Předmětem této bakalářské práce je hodnocení výsledků mikroskopického hodnocení nátěrů periferní krve s novou technologií „ virtuální mikroskopie „ prostřednictvím automatizovaného digitálního analyzátoru CellaVision DM 96. Výsledné korelační koeficienty vyšly pro CellaVision velmi dobře a jeho využití v běžné laboratorní praxi se do budoucna jeví jako velmi slibné. Výhodou tohoto analyzátoru je možnost konzultovat výsledky ze vzdáleného místa a velká úspora pracovního času.

Summary: The aim of this Bachelor´s thesis is evaluating analysis of peripheral blood smears by the CellaVision DM96 (CellaVision AB, Lund, Sweden), an automated digital cell morphology with microscopical analysis of peripheral blood smear.
