Course objectives
The purpose of this course is to provide students with the knowledge of basic concepts of international and European law in order to understand international and European dimension of law.
Syllabus
  • 1. National law, international and european law 2. Concept of public and private international law 3. International treaties as the source of law 4. International treaties in the Czech constitutional system 5. European (Community) law as the product of supranationality of EC 6. Institutional structure of EU (EC) 7. Sources of EC (EU) law 8. Enforcement of EC law
