Teaching methods
The teaching is conducted in the form of interactive seminars, with an emphasis on the skills component (the ability of legal argumentation, solving examples, practice tests, work with case law and its critical analysis). Students are also expected to actively prepare at home by studying relevant material and syllabi. The communication platform between teachers and students is the interactive course syllabus in the MU Information System, where study materials, syllabi, examples, case law, answer sheets, and possible presentations from exercises are published.
Assessment methods
The course is completed by a combined examination consisting of a written test and an oral examination. Students may be admitted to the examination if they have met the attendance requirements for the seminars, are active in the seminars, and obtain the required number of points for the class activities and the two continuous tests.
