Course objectives
At the end the course the student will understand the basic scope of labour law. Students will be able to distinguish and recognize the basic and derived labor law relationships; understand basic functions and fundamental labour rights, general requirements of legal proceedings; issues of employment policy; industrial labour relations.

  • The importance of labour law and its place in legal order. Methods, functions and fundamental principles of labour law. State employment policy, Employment relationship, Parties of an employment relationship. Legals facts in labour law.

Teaching methods
Presentation PPT (interactivity). Seminars. Interactive syllabi (online materials, ROPOT). Individual preparation at home for prescribed issues. Solution of practical examples.
Assessment methods
Credit requirements include active participating in lessons and passing a test. The test consists of 10 questions, it is necessary to answer at least 8 of them correctly.
