Course objectives
The basic aims of this subject follow study of the concept, structure, types, function and basic principles of the criminal law. System of criminal law in the form of the grounds of criminal responsibility and sanktions, in the form of the general and special part. The aim are the relations of criminal law to the others law-subjects and nonlaw subjects too.
Syllabus
  • The concept, structure, types, function, basic principles of the criminal law. The criminal responsibility, social dangerous of the act, the kategorisation and classification of criminal act, body of the criminal act. The object, objective side, subject (the offender), subjective side. Obligatory and facultative signs of the body of the criminal act. The developing stages of the criminal act, criminal coaction, concurrence of the criminal acts, recidivism, plurality of the crimes sui generis. The criminal responsibility and punishment of juveniles. The absence of the punishability of the act (the punishability of the criminal acts excluding circumstances, the extintion of the punishability of the criminal acts causing circumstances).
