Course objectives
The objective of the course is to provide students (referring to the profile of the Faculty’s graduate) with knowledge about the basics of public administration legal regulation in the Czech Republic, the place and purpose of administrative law within the Czech legal system, as well as its content and structure.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course, students should be able to: - understand the czech administrative law; both general as well as procedural parts - identify key subjects and circumstances of administrative law - describe activities of public administration and distinguish their categories - analyze problems of public admnistration; especially tight with the administrative law application

  • - Public administration organizations
  • - Public administration activities
  • - Administrative proceedings
  • - Legal regulation of public services
  • - Administrative criminal law
  • - Supervision and checking of public administration
  • - State administration and self-government in the field of internal trade administration, territorial planning administration and building code, cadastre administration, and administration of education and culture
