Course objectives
Civil Law (SDOP) The purpose of the course is to provide students with the basic knowledge of civil law, stressing civil law relations (the subject of civil law, legal acts, interpretation of basic concepts, parties and legal representation, estates, periods of limitation, obligation law and basic contractual types). Examination: oral.
