- Public Sector Efficiency (EFVS) This course belongs to pivotal subjects of Public Economics . It relates to the knowledge gained previously in the course Theory of the Public Sector and it specifies knowledge of students in the following three areas: The first area is oriented on expressing macroeconomic, regional and institutional efficiency in the public sector. External factors include competition, method of funding and public audit. Among the internal factors rank scientific knowledge, investment, structure of activities, labour qualification and all factors reflecting the management system and organisational structure.
