Syllabus
  • It concerns the integral thematic course covering a new interdiscipline issues - the so-called computer law. The course is oriented on these mutually interacti ve and complementary topics:
  • the legal norms regulating operation with information, information systems, comp uter programs, personal data, etc. - particularly copyright law and law on pers onal security of data in information systems,
  • practical experiences and methods in the area of information law, copyright and commercial obligation relations issues of one of the most progressive field of criminality of the so-called white collars - computer and information crime (description of crime, environment, culprits, specific features in comparison with classical forms of criminality, crimes in connection with computer, its accessories and data media as to movables, crimes in connection with data or saved information. Crimes committed with the use of computer, and the other information a electronic criminal activity, procedural aspects, future of computer crime and countermeasures).
