Syllabus
  • The register of population. The present state. The central register of citizens. The notion of permanent residence. Identity card. The personal registry. The description of prepared changes. The vehicles registry.
  • The economic subjects registry. The physical person and the corporate body and the ways of their identification.. The business register. Business and tradesman authorization.
  • Records service. The Home Office instructions. Delivery and mail book. The submission number and the file number. The notion of file and its formalization. Office file rules. The implementation design. The filing and creation of documents. Document samples and their incorporating into IS.
  • Budget and financial management. The budget structure. The accounting system and its relation to the budget. Investment and non-investment expenses. Executive fees, local fees, sanctions and fines. The implementation design.
  • Topography. The registry of buildings. Relation to the real estate registry. The notion of an address. Address and cadastral town division. Town parts.
  • The space presentation subsystem. Digital map bases. Relation to database and IS. Catastral map and the graphical information file (GIF). Technical map. Engineering networks. Territorial plan. Map accuracy and reliability. Low scale maps.
