    Abstract
    The aim of the course is:
    - Acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge of gymnastic motor-functional training (strengthening, support, rotation, take-off, landing, balance, ...) combining the conditioning and technical aspects of movement
    - Mastery of gymnastic skills on equipment and secondary tools
    - Getting acquainted with the assistance of exercises on individual aparatus
    - Introduction to methodological and didactic procedures in training individual exercises
    - Extension of the knowledge of basic gymnastic terminology by the nomenclature of exercises on aparatus
    Learning outcomes
    The student will be able to:
    - apply partial motor-functional preparations to the physical education process
    - demonstrate gymnastic skills on individual apparatus (vault, floor, climb, horizontal bar, rings, hoops in the hump)
    - provide assistance in exercising on individual equipment
    - apply the methodological series when teaching individual exercises
