- Abstract
- To acquire the knowledge on exercise and sport injuries, and to be able to do relevant prevention and first treatment of the injuries.
- Learning outcomes
- Students will be able
1. to enumerate and describe the possible injuries at the sport training of certain sports or disciplins
2. to identify causes of the injuries
3. to propose the relevant prevention
4. to do relevant non-medical treatment - Key topics
- 1. Kind of injuries – after body regions, organs and causes
- 2. Causes of th injuries in sport (after kind of sport)
- 3. Analyse of sports after risks of the injuries
- 4. Rules of the prevention of the injuries.
- 5. Rules of the non-medical treatment of the injuries, first aids.
- 6. Injuries of the locomotion apparatus of the trunc – muscles and tendons
- 7. Injuries of the locomotion apparatus of the trunc – bones, periost and joints
- 8. Injuries of the locomotoin apparatus of the superior extremities – muscles and tendons
- 9. Injuries of the locomotoin apparatus of the superior extremities – bones, periost and joints
