- Abstract
- The course has two main objectives:
1. Creation of an individual nutritional and exercise program based on case reports for weakened individuals.
2. Presentation of the nutritional and exercise program in both theoretical and practical terms. - Learning outcomes
- Aftre completing the course student will be able to:
1. Prepare and implement a movement unit for a weakened population
2. Identify risk factors of lifestyle diseases using appropriately selected procedures
3. Categorize and individually interpret valid recommendations in primary and secondary prevention of lifestyle diseases
4. Design and develop a nutritional and exercise intervention program for a weakened population, taking into account any comorbidities - Key topics
- Part 1 (theoretical):
- - the student will present recommendations based on case reports and stress test results,
- - assess the client's health status, fitness level and propose an appropriate nutritional and exercise plan,
- - justify the choice of recommendation with regard to the client's goals, their capabilities and any limitations.
- The goal is to connect theoretical knowledge with the real needs of a specific person.
- Part 2 (practical):
- - the student will demonstrate a demonstration of the proposed exercise unit for a weakened group,
- - the exercise will be adapted to the abilities of the target group,
- - the student will explain the selection of exercises, their benefits and any modifications.
- The emphasis is on clarity, safety, practical usability and management of the unit itself.
