- Abstract
- The aim of the subject is to extend the basic swimming skills of expanding knowledge and skills through various forms of conditioning preparation and compensation exercises in the aquatic environment.
- Learning outcomes
- The student will be able to:
- demonstrate the expanding physical abilities of all swimming techniques and underwater swimming;
- characterize the basic concepts and patterns of exercises in the aquatic environment;
- apply various forms of exercise in shallow and deep water without tools and with the use of water aids;
- propose alternative forms of conditioning and regeneration and compensation in the aquatic environment and compile a comprehensive program from them; - Key topics
