Course objectives
After graduation from is student able to:
- Master the basics of canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and rowing.
- Know the basic equipment and gear for canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and rowing.
- Handle the technique of forward and backward strokes in canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and rowing.
- Demonstrate basic skills in canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and rowing.
Learning outcomes (in Czech)
- Znát základy jízdy na kánoi, kajaku, paddleboardu a veslařské lodi (dle aktuálních možností a počasí) na hladké až mírně proudící vodě a základy tréninku na veslařském trenažeru.
- Zvládat techniku přímého a zpětného záběru na kánoi, kajaku a paddleboardu (dle aktuálních možností a počasí) a techniku veslování na trenažeru.
- Znát základní výzbroj a výstroj pro jízdu na kánoi, kajaku, paddleboardu a veslařské lodi (dle aktuálních možností a počasí).
- Dokázat použít v praxi základní techniky jízdy na kánoi, kajaku, paddleboardu a veslařské lodi (dle aktuálních možností a počasí) a využít veslařského trenažeru pro trénink koordinace a vytrvalosti.

  • - Introduction to the course (requirements for credit)
  • -Equipment and gear for canoeing and kayaking
  • - Basic techniques in canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and rowing / ergometer (according to current possibilities and weather) – theory and background
  • - Safety in water environments, first aid on water
  • - Practical skill training on flat water – forward, backward, and draw stroke technique in canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and rowing / ergometer (according to current possibilities and weather)ayaking

Information on completion of the course: zapsat smíte jen 1 sport.+ kurz, nelze vyhovět žádosti o výjimku při překročené kapacitě.
