Course objectives
The subject want to given information about kinesiology analyse of movement, diagnostic and special exercises for the correction of functional disorders of musceles as the results of influence of the one-sided oriented statics (sedentary life style) and dynamics burden (sport discipline).
Syllabus
  • 1. Body posture with respect of the ontogenesis kinesiology 2. Deep stabilisation system (diagnostic and exercises) 3. Hyper mobility (types of hyper mobility, diagnostic and suitable exercises) 4. Creation the right motor stereotypes (diagnostic and exercises) 5. Corrective exercises for the people with the sedentary life style 6. On the basis of the kinesiology analyzes create exercise program oriented to the correction of onside burden into the sport (volleyball, football, tennis ....)
