Course objectives
The course involves the problems of the training process of young players, its planning and recording, the evaluation of the game performance. It introduces the match preparations, coaching and psychology as well as the rules, It focuses on the training of adult players, compensatory exercise and methodical performances.

  • Teorie : Plánování a evidence tréninkového procesu Hodnocení trénovanosti a hodnocení herního výkonu Příprava na utkání a jeho koučování Interakce : rozhodčí - trenér - hráč - divák Kompenzační cvičení ve fotbale Praxe : Ukázky tréninkových jednotek v kategorii mládeže i dospělých Metodické výstupy v kategorii mládeže i dospělých Kompenzační cvičení ve fotbale
