Course objectives
The aim is to make students acquainted with technique of falls in the single combat sports. Also to acquire selected acrobatic exercises suitable for judo, wrestling and other combat sports.
Syllabus
  • List of techniques of falls: fall forward with unstopped turn (over obstacle) and stopped turn (hitting), without stopped turn and unstopped turn, fall backward with unstopped turn, without stopped turn, stopped fall aside, combined falls: backward with moving structure of fall forward with turn, backward with 180-degree-turn, "falling leaf". Combat gymnastics: single and couple exercises are aiming at better space orientation and range of movement. While doing acrobatic exercises assistance is emphasized.
