Course objectives
Include criminal substantive and process law, general and special part;
The main objective is to understand the foundations of the criminal substantive and process law.
Syllabus
  • Basic concepts: crime, offence, punishment, protective measures, measures for juveniles.
  • Special part of the criminal substantive law.
  • Basic concepts: criminal procedure, police, prosecutor, court,evidence, ensurence of persons and things for criminal procedure.
  • Special part of the criminal process law.
